Franchisee Transitions from Corporate World to Business Ownership
Don Eisenhauer, a Young Rembrandts franchisee in Milwaukee, had always dreamed of having a job where he was able to give more back to the community. Now, this dream is a reality for Don after becoming a Young Rembrandts franchisee in 2011.
“Teaching my students regularly, I’ve learned that one of the best things in life is seeing a child grow right in front of your eyes,” Don says. “I believe it was more than coincidence that led me to this opportunity.”
Don’s impact has made a huge difference in the lives of his students – along with aiding them in their cognitive, intellectual and creative development through art classes, he was able to give away a $543.21 scholarship this year to a former student.
“After spending 25 years in the corporate world to now running my own business, I honestly couldn’t be any happier,” Don adds. “I start out every day with a sense of joy knowing that I have the ability to positively impact young children by helping them grow creatively through Young Rembrandts. Owning this business has been a tremendous blessing to me.”
It’s no question that Don and other Young Rembrandts franchisees love what they do. While franchisees can enjoy satisfaction at work, pride in business ownership and a better work-life balance, the biggest satisfaction comes from providing children with the building blocks they need to succeed in school and in life.
As the leading childhood art enrichment program, Young Rembrandts provides franchisees with a proven business model backed by 30 years of success so they can take their dreams of business ownership to the next level, just like Don.
