Illinois Franchisee Bio: Lynn and Mike Mitsui
Franchisee Couple Has Found a Perfect Fit in Young Rembrandts for Over 15 Years
Lynn and Mike Mitsui have always been people’s people. Enjoying children in particular, the franchisee duo places a lot of value on children’s education and being involved in the process. Working with children, public relations and management over the years, the two signed their Young Rembrandts franchise agreement in 2002, dedicating even more of their time to helping others succeed. Now, they can celebrate their accomplishments with their own children and continue to make the world a better place, building on Lynn’s previous extensive involvement in the school district as a parent herself.
“While raising our three children, both Mike and I were very involved in their schools,” Lynn says. “I am a three-term past PTA President, a PTA scholarship award member and a life member of the PTA. I held several offices before becoming president of the Christian Ebinger Elementary School's PTA, many of which involved fundraising. It was always our goal to bring the fine arts and technology to the school. Those are things I am most proud of accomplishing, as our teachers teach Young Rembrandts classes at Ebinger now.”
With the ability to build an asset for retirement and bring their family into doing something they love, the Mitsuis are happy to include Young Rembrandts as a part of their family-oriented lifestyle.
“We love what we do for children,” Lynn adds. “Our goal is to leave this world better off, for what we have accomplished in it.”
